Schedule your Fall Sessions!
Good afternoon! Just a reminder to go ahead and schedule your Fall and Christmas family and mini sessions! If you schedule early, you have more flexibility with your session date. Scheduling early also allows plenty of time to receive your photos, create memorable Christmas cards and time to get them mailed!

Fall and Christmas Update
**Fall and Christmas Session Update**
This is a long one so get ready :) Southern Roots Imaging has changed a couple dates for Fall sessions and pumpkin mini sessions in October! October 18 and 19 are no longer available, but we have session availability during the week between the dates of October 15 and October 24. Sunday, October 26 is also available for Pumpkin Minis! Book soon as slots will fill fast. Weekday shoots can take place in the morning or evening. Please email me for weekday dates and times.
A lot of people like to order Christmas cards at the beginning of December! To ensure your family has a photo session and allotted time to receive your photos, book early! Weekdays and weekends are available in November. I will hopefully have a special "Christmas trees" session availability at a nearby Christmas tree farm mid-December! I'm very excited!
**Christmas Kids Minis Information**
I previously stated we'll have three options for Christmas Minis! Well, tentatively, here they are:
1. Play time with giant ornaments and "snow"
2. Christmas pajamas! The kids can play with faux gifts, or feel free to bring one of their Advent gifts for this session
3. "Reading by the Christmas tree"- bring your favorite Christmas/holiday book and we'll provide the Christmas tree.
*****Christmas on-location options:
-I am available to continue to do outdoor sessions, and I do have a location for this option in Katy. A downtown park is also possible.
-If you would like to do the Christmas tree style shoot in your own home, this is a great way to showcase your holiday decorating talents as well as document the precious time spent around the tree as a family! Gather your family together in your Christmas pajamas, read a favorite book and drink hot chocolate, and enjoy time together…..all captured for your memories! Photo books are available for purchase as a Christmas keepsake of this session.
As for December, I had previously noted that the "Last Chance" sessions on December 6 would increase by $25. That date has now moved to December 17. Sessions will be regular price through December 16. I will be traveling December 21st so all sessions must be complete by December 17 in order for me to get them to you!

Just a friendly reminder to consider your holiday photo session needs :) Check out the session dates previously posted, but keep in mind that you can also request a weekday session or other date that better suits your family's needs. Hello! I have FINALLY created a Facebook page and website for my business to take off! It's been a long time coming, but hey, that happens when you have a baby running around :) I will post sneak peeks on my blog, advertisements and other information on the Facebook page, and everything will all be connected to the main website!
